A set of three nesting kitchen funnels. Inspired by funfair shapes, Funnelfair blends function with form and play. Made from aluminium and colour anodised with food-safe dyes, a decorative finish that is also durable and non-toxic. Aluminium is infinitely recyclable, even when colour anodised so these funnels are designed for a long and joyful life.
Originally designed for Paraphernalia exhibition during New York Design Week, Funnelfair was a response to the theme Desire. The project focuses on the power of colour, material, form and finish to transform everyday tools into objects that transcend their utilitarian purpose. Funnelfair enhances the sensory cooking experience and provides a sense of pleasure and delight as s set of display objects.
Colours on display are Strawberry Cordial, Pink Lemonade, and Banana Milkshake.
