I worked with Space Doctors to create design strategies for the new Costa commuter outlets that are currently opening across London.
Primary research in London, along with secondary research and insights was used to inform colour, material and finish suggestions that worked within the Costa brand guidelines. The final design and build was by brand experience agency 20.20.
In-store technology and wayfinding were significant aspects we addressed in order to optimise speed of service in busy commuter branches. Sustainable materiality that conveyed quality was a key consideration across all concepts.
